Shopping from the USA?

Shipping Origin

All orders placed on Captains Merch are shipped from Canada. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. Captains Merch is not responsible for these additional charges.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after your order is placed.
  • During peak times, such as new merch drops, holiday periods, or high-demand events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We’ll keep you updated if there are any significant delays.

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

  • We offer Standard Shipping through Canada Post and UPS, with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and shipping destination.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide, including the UK, Australia, Japan, and Europe. International shipping times vary depending on the destination, generally ranging from 7-21 business days.
  • Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees required by your country’s customs office. Captains Merch is not responsible for these charges.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order’s journey in real time.

Seasonal and Anticipated Delays
